A course for young people aged 14-18
Wednesdays 2-3pm 25 July – 28 August – Llangefni
A 6 week anxiety management course for young people (14-18) running in Llangefni through the summer holiday, starting in late July. The course looks at what anxiety is; how it affects us physically, emotionally and psychologically and how these factors influence our behaviour. We then use CBT methods and practice various mindfulness techniques so that the learners can put an action plan together to help them achieve their goals.
