The Strength and Rainbow Trains
Part of Snowdon Rocks, Saturday 24th June 2017
Do you have friends or family who are living with cancer or have been diagnosed with dementia?
Thanks to the fantastic Rotary members in North Wales, they and a family member or friend can take the impressive Snowdon Mountain Railway to the top of Snowdon free of charge.
As part of the Snowdon Rocks celebrations on 24th June the Rotary have chartered a train so people living with cancer or families affected by cancer that are unable to take part in the hike can also enjoy this momentous day.
Billed as a ‘Day with a Difference’, some of the Snowdon Rocks train passengers last year described the event as ‘the most special day’ and ‘a day we will cherish forever’.
There’ll be a warm welcome, music and a snack, and an enchanting train journey. Most importantly, the passengers have an opportunity to experience something exceptional with someone dear to them.
