Rydym yn chwilio am berson cadarnhaol, egniol a brwdfrydig i oruchwylio darpariaeth strategol y gwasanaeth Camau Cadarn/Positive Steps (CCPS) newydd a gyflwynir mewn partneriaeth a’r Gwasanaeth Gwirfoddol Brenhinol (RVS). Yn atebol i’r Rheolwr Gweithrediadau bydd y swydd hon yn rheoli ac yn cydlynu’r cynlluniau presennol yn Gogledd a Canolbarth Cymru.

Yn ychwanegol at linell reoli’r arweinwyr tim/cydlynwyr gwasanaethau’r CCPS, bydd y swydd hefyd yn gyfrifol am sicrhau bod gofynion contract ac adroddiadau’r cyllidwyr yn cael eu bodloni.

Mae Camau Cadarn/ Positive Steps yn brosiect partneriaeth genedlaethol rhwng y Groes Goch Brydeinig a’r Gwasanaeth Gwirfoddol Brenhinol (RVS). Ariennir y swydd hon gan Lywodraeth Cymru am dair blynedd. Bydd y swydd hon yn cael ei rheoli gan y Groes Goch Brydeinig ond bydd deilydd y swydd yn gweithio’n agos gyda staff yn y GTG.

About the role

We are looking for a positive, energetic and enthusiastic person to oversee the strategic delivery of the new Camau Cadarn/Positive Steps (CCPS) service delivered in partnership with Royal Voluntary Service (RVS). Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will manage and co-ordinate the existing schemes in Mid and North Wales.

In addition to line managing the team leaders/service co-ordinators of the CCPS, the post will also have responsibility for ensuring that the contract and reporting requirements of the funder(s) are met.

About the team

Camau Cadarn/ Positive Steps is a national partnership project between the British Red Cross and Royal Voluntary Service (RVS). This post is funded by Welsh Government for three years. This post will be line-managed by the British Red Cross but the post holder will work closely with staff at RVS.
