Dydd Miwsig Cymru (Welsh Language Music Day)

Mae’r diwrnod yn dathlu pob math o fiwsig Cymraeg ac mae’n hawdd ymuno a dod o hyd i rhywbeth y byddwch chi’n ei garu. Daw miwsig i fywyd pan fyddwch chi’n ei brofi’n fyw ac mae digwyddiadau rhad ac am ddim wedi’u hanelu at bobl sy’n mynd i gigiau, rhieni a phlant, pobl ifanc, myfyrwyr a busnesau yn digwydd dros y wlad wedi’u trefnu gan hyrwyddwyr gan gynnwysSŵn, BBC Gorwelion, Forté Project a Chlwb Ifor Bach.

The day celebrates all forms of Welsh Language music and it’s easy to tune in and discover something you’ll love.  Music comes to life when it’s experienced live and free events aimed at gig goers, parents and children, young people, students and businesses are happening all across the country organised by promoters including Sŵn, BBC Horizons, Forté Project and Clwb Ifor Bach.

If you want to listen from the safety of your smartphone – or you’re a business that would like to play more Welsh language music to its staff or customers- there are six playlists curated by DJ Gareth Potter including Acoustic, Electronica, Campfire Sing Song, Chill Out, Workout andLegends to play on Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer, easily available by scanning a Shazam Code with a phone camera.
