Mental Wellbeing Audio Guides

The NHS have produced a series of audio guides to help boost your mood.

The guides cover the following topics:

  • Low mood, sadness and depression
  • Anxiety control training
  • Overcoming sleep problems
  • Low confidence and assertiveness
  • Unhelpful thinking

Each guide lasts between 6 – 10 minutes and they are subtitled.
