MaDCaff is a 6 month long project, funded by Time to Change Wales. MaDCaff is aimed at getting people to start talking about Mental Health and the way it brings people together is with a great lineup of talented musicians and dancers who are or have been, affected by mental illness. MaD stands for Music and Dance and Caff means that we serve tea and cake alongside the Music and Dance. Disability Arts Cymru are supporting this great project by helping with organising the events and publicity.  Most of the events are taking place in Ceredigion or Carmarthenshire, but MaDCaff hope that the idea will spread.

MaDCaff has its own blog at where you can read more about the events that have happened so far and find out where the next one is taking place.

Additionally, you can follow MaDCaff on its Facebook page or via Twitter – @themadcaff.

We hope that at the end of the funding period, we will be able to find a way to make MaDCaff sustainable, and encourage anyone who likes the idea to set up a MaDCaff in their own area, get in touch with our West Wales Field Officer or direct with MaDCaff.
