Community Music Wales

Tutors Wanted.

community musicOver the Summer, Community Music Wales have been running a number of different training opportunities, including our community music tutor training course which we ran in both Wrexham and Cardiff.  We were happy to receive a lot of interest in this course (despite some of it being a little too late for the deadline!) and following the success of the courses we would like to open the floor for another Cardiff course in September.  We are looking to generate enough interest for the course to be viable and judging  by the enthusiasm for the previous two we don’t think it will be too hard!  However we would like your help to get the ball rolling.  If you would be interested in attending a course in September, or know of anyone who would, please don’t hesitate to let us know.  We hope you’re having a great Summer and look forward to hearing from you!

This is a five day practical course designed to give an understanding of community music and a taste of Community Music Tutor Training.  This course is useful for those who have some experience of working with groups and would like to consolidate their skills.  This course is also useful to those who work with community groups and would like to explore using music activity in their work.
