‘It gives you a funny feeling, right here in your solar plexus, when people come together to speak up for themselves.’
Port Talbot steelworks, one of the last heavy industries in Wales, where generations of steelworkers carry their craft.
Standing shoulder to shoulder, sharing their space, stepping up to the plate. These are the leaders, workers, fathers and sons.
Marking National Theatre Wales’ return to Port Talbot, along with Common Wealth, We’re Still Here will explore the experiences and stories of the people behind the politically-charged headlines.
