Peer Leader Volunteer Training
Are you 16-25 years old? Want to take part in a free accredited training to increase your leadership skills? Work towards assisting and running a workshop? Maximize your potential as role models?
Mess Up The Mess are offering a 3 day Peer Leader Volunteer training residential in Swansea. Food, accommodation and travel is included. You will be learning things like: leadership, communication, confidence, team building, child protection, diversity, equality, and inclusion; through participatory workshops. Learn how to make a change and volunteer on various and exciting project

Community Tech Volunteering
Will up-skill and empower young people who may be excluded, isolated and disengaged, including those that are NEET (not in education, employment and training) through training, volunteering and community activity and opportunities.
We recruit volunteers to take part in technical theatre training. Young People will be trained in 3 aspects of technical theatre including sound and lighting design and operation and stage management. In addition to the specific technical skills learned, they will gain key transferable skills including teamwork, leadership and communication and experience increased confidence, self-esteem and improved aspirations.
After the training Newly trained volunteers will then work with community groups and organisations to volunteer on at community events; Sharing their ideas and technical skills to enhance events and become integrated within the community.
