Gofal – Journeys Project

Gofal’s Journeys project facilitates peer support groups and run courses in Wales for people experiencing depression and anxiety.

The groups offer support where peers support one another with the issues they are facing. People will be able to share experience with other who have similar issues in a friendly, relaxed and confidential setting. We have several groups across Wales. Please see : http://www.gofal.org.uk/journeys/groups/.

Some of these groups are currently welcoming new members.  Groups in Ammanford, Cardiff, Barry, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Caernarfon  are currently open to new members.
