DAC Annual Exhibition showcases and tours the work of over 40 disabled and deaf artists or those living with long term physical and/or metal health conditions, who live and work in Wales.
This exhibition includes work from up-and-coming artists and those who have been working as professional artists for many years. We show a variety of forms and media; DAC supports artists working across all art forms.
Theme of Austerity/Extravagance: In the light of recent governmental decisions, which affect many people throughout Wales, we wanted to reflect the feelings about this through our exhibition of work by DAC members, many of whom have been affected by austerity measures. Contrary to this we are also asking for work in response to the theme of ‘Extravagance’.

Mae gwaith dros 40 o artistiaid anabl yn cael ei gyflwyno yn Arddangosfa Flynyddol DAC. Mae’r holl artistiaid yn byw neu’n gweithio yng Nghymru ac yn dioddef o anableddau hir dymor gan gynnwys cyflyrau iechyd corfforol neu feddyliol yn ogystal a phroblemau clyw.
Mae’r arddangosfa yn cynnwys gwaith artistiaid newydd yn ogystal a rhai sydd wedi bod yn gweithio fel artistiaid proffesiynnol am sawl blwyddyn. ‘Rydym yn arddangos gwaith mewn amrywiol ffurf a chyfrwng ac mae DAC yn cefnogi artistiaid sy’n gweithio ar draws pob ffurf celfyddydol.
Llymder/Gormodedd ydi’r thema: Yng ngwyneb penderfyniadau diweddar y Llywodraeth sydd wedi effeithio cymaint o bobl yng Nghymru, ‘roeddem eisiau adlewyrchu ein teimladau trwy arddangosfa o waith gan aelodau DAC, llawer ohonynt wedi eu heffeithio gan y mesurau llymder. I’r gwrthwyneb, ‘rydym hefyd yn gofyn am waith mewn ymateb i’r thema ‘Gormodedd’.
