Tom Wentworth

TOM WENTWORTH is a writer and poet.

Tom’s poetry has been published widely including Acumen Literary Magazine, Shropshire Butterflies (Fair Acre Press) and Whose Flame Is It Anyway? (Disability Arts Cymru.) He regularly performs poetry as one third of ‘Three Men’ who are working on their fourth show, he was also thrilled to perform as part of 50 Greatest Love Poems at the Royal Festival Hall, London. He is currently working on a poetry sequence about masculinity.

His recent theatre credits include: Graeae Theatre Company’s Write To Play Programme and has been on attachment at the National Theatre Studio; Windy Old Fossils (Pentabus) This Little Piggy (National Theatre Wales Team); My Heartland (Dirty Protest); Water Torture (Sherman Swingers).

Tom is developing several projects for radio and television and also directs drama for BBC Radio.
He regularly reviews theatre for Disability Arts Online, Wales Arts Review and contributes to Able Magazine.

Tom currently writes regularly for and curates DAC’s blog #atDAC – and is known as the Blog Maeastro.
