Kenneth Pinnell

I have been dabbling with photography since I was at school, that was a long time ago because I am now 94 years old and disabled.
Photography was a chemical process in those days and of course black and white. It is a different ball game now, one can take beautiful digital images with a mobile phone, colour too.
I did not do photography as a living, I worked in the gas industry, but in about the 1960’s I started doing wedding photography as a second job, if you like. I did it for about 25 years; I loved it, doing my own processing with Black and white, but when colour came on the scene we had to send our work to a lab.
Now with my age and disabilities I am unable to go out to very much to take photographs, but I do manage some “Still Life” mostly at home. My favourite subjects these days are flowers, close ups.
